Supporting the community
It's always been an important part of our company operations to actively support non-profit organizations within our community. Whether this is through our staff using their time to support local causes or through Credenda Associates cash sponsorship of events our goal is to help support the communities that we work within.
Recently we have provide cash support to the Royal British Legion Bangkok-'Big Push" Royal British Legion 'Golf Day" 11/11/11 in Chiangmai.

Working with like-minded suppliers and contractors
We employ the services of various external suppliers and contractors from many countries. Their skill set runs from IT support to admin services and product providers. We aim to ensure our contractors and suppliers also observe the concepts outlined above within their own companies and strive to work with other progressive companies wherever possible.
Sharing the responsibility and the rewards
Credenda Associates is moving towards a more employee-driven business model. This will see greater employee involvement in critical decision making and will provide a greater sense of job satisfaction; this in turn will enhance their employment package.
